I won zebra, but accidentally backed out of his selection page and now can’t find him. Where do I go to find him again? He’s not in my farm.

go to the notification you were sent. If you have marked it as read, you can still find it if you click on the bell symbol and then click on 'view all'. Then you use the drop down menus at the top of that page to go through the different types of notification.
He is usually in your The Other horses tab.
You will have to choose his colour and pattern first, before you can find him in your farms.
If you did not do that yet, follow the instructions in the other answer, that will lead you to the page where you can choose the pattern and colour. Once you did that, he will be in your Other Horses farm.
