How do you acquire a Professional Trainer?

If I recall correctly, you are only able to purchase one in the black market until you hit 30 days seniority. Once you've passed 30 days, they are extremely rarely offered as a prize during an event.
In addition: since we had a Trainer as a prize in an event a few weeks ago, it's not very likely that this will happen again any time soon, because as the other answer says, this is very rare.
I've been playing for almost 6 years now and this was the first time I saw it happening.
