Perhaps ask in game play forum because I cant find "professional trainer" any where.

I think not but its pointless to use them on donkeys since they are not created to be blupped and skilled on this game. Technically you can blup them but its a waste of time and resources since when they produce they gp decreases. There are donkey teams who try to minimaze their gps as their personal project so if that is something you are interested in you can reach out to some teams. :)
