I completed all of the 3 trainings for one of my horses, but on the BLUP(99)it says only 2 out of 3 are complete, even with aging. Why?

Note that to fully BLUP a horse, you need all three things complete:
1) Top three skills must be bolded. The typeface will change from normal to bold in the skills display. This is the top three skills by genetics, so be sure to check that you've bolded the correct skills, especially if you have a crossbred. To bold a skill, you must get all possible skill points from training, rides, and competitions.
2) Your horse must have 20 first place wins. Only first place counts. This requirement can be bypassed with Athena's Medal.
3) The horse must be a minimum of 10 years old.

Note that BLUP only updates when the horse ages, not in real-time. When you complete one of the three requirements, it won't be reflected in the BLUP until the horse ages again, either naturally or with an AP.

If this still doesn't address your question, I would suggest posting in Game Play with a link to the horse so that we can better assist you.
When you say complete, do you mean bold? Double check its bolded (finish rides, comps, and training)

Additionally, sometimes it requires you to age the horse by 2 months, either by bedding or an aging point, before it shows it processes as complete. Im not sure why but i have seen this happen when blupping.
