How do I select the rainbow horse of my choice now that I have bought the season key and have 4000 horseshoes in the ephemerals event?

You got a notification that says you have won the Rainbow divine of your choice. Click that notification and it will lead you to the page where you can make the choice.
Go to the notification page, and from the drop down, select "all" to show all prior notifications
