I have a goal to enter the DIRECTORY but I can't find it.

Hover your mouse over Community, the list will appear its the 3rd thing listed named "Directories" just click on it. :)
If you're on mobile, find the menu button with the 3 heads (this is "Community"), then choose either the "players" or "horses" button.
