Without being able to see what you see, we can't really tell you one way or the other. There are 23 breed-designs available on the VA, as many pre-2013 breeds on Howrse used to share a breed-design. The Purebred Spanish Horse breed design, for example, was used by several breeds, such as the Lusitano.
