If the owner of the mare owns the divine Isis the first mare they cover on the first of every month gets the Isis perk which means the mare will produce 3-5 foals. if you use a fertility wand you will get 4-6 foals.
also there's a VIP perk that lets you cover donkeys 4 times not just 3.
