Do the partner offers for passes actually work?

I've done them in the past, because 150 passes per completed task is really nice to get.
The problem is, they can throw you out of the survey at any time because suddenly you 'do not belong to the target group' anymore. Thus: no passes. It doesn't matter if you spent 1 minute or half an hour on that survey, if you're out, you're out.

I never even bothered trying to complain because my guess is their reply will always be a standard one.
Plus: the way to complain is explained at the beginning of the survey, so if you did not note that, there is no way to find it.

Complaining to Howrse does not make sense indeed, they have nothing to do with the partner offers.

I stopped doing them because it doesn't seem to work from my country anymore (that also differs a lot). I did not want to waste hours to see myself getting no passes at all.

Also note: if something is for free (the passes), YOU are the product. You give away a lot of info about yourself, so be carefull what you do.
Some offers are more reliable than others; however, you should always ensure that you read the offer thoroughly. Not completing the required task in part or in whole will result in you not receiving the reward and this is likely where some player complaints come from.

Also note that if you do complete the required task fully but do not receive the reward, you have to take that matter up with the company that hosts the offer, not Howrse, and it can be difficult to resolve, especially if you do not have screenshots proving that you actually did what was required to receive the passes.

Ultimately whether you opt to engage in partner offers or not is up to you, we cannot decide for you.
