There's almost always one repeat divine in each rotation.

There's not really a predictable pattern to know those repeats in advance though. They often coincide with a luck item offer, or one of the small packs, but those usually don't appear until the divine is back in the Ascent again.

I'm afraid that is something only Howrse knows (and will not reveal).
As far as I remember, there have been a few divines that have returned, but I'm not an avid Ascent player.
There is a special forum for Ascent of Olympics, where the players are who know a lot about this part of Howrse. You find it under Community - Forums. I think your question will get better answers there.
