Does fertility of meadows influence yield for pass seeds? Can I use a 0% fertility meadow and still get 100 passes?

the fertility of a meadow has no effect on anything that grows or is raised in it. The only thing fertility does affect is the prestige of meadows for your ec
Pass seeds need a 25 acre meadow, 25 manure (the 3*** fertilizer) and the season in-game must be autumn/fall which is the 1st to the 7th of every month.

Nothing is said about fertility so I'd assume that does not matter. My guess is that if the game lets you sow it on a 0% meadow, you can also harvest it 28 days later.

By the way, a tractor on the pass seeds field does not influence the outcome either, it's always 100 passes.
