look in the sales, you can narrow down the birth date to the current month and year. Click though them and you'll eventually find one. or go the public page of your own foal if you have one born today.

You have to find a horse that has been born since the last update (today). There are various methods for finding these, including searching sales for horses born in this month, checking affixes of best teams or breeding farms of best breeders, and breeding a foal yourself (can be the fastest and easiest option, if you have aging points).

Once you have found a horse, you will need to visit its public page (for horses not your own, this is their only page). On the left side, under "actions," there will be an apple icon. Assuming you have an apple in your inventory, you just need to click that icon. If you don't, you can buy one in the store.
