I'm wondering about how to raise prestige. Currently I have 67% EC prestige, with 13 3*** boxes, all enhacements and enough pastures.

An EC's prestige is linked to 5 categories:
- The equestrian center's comfort
- Meadow prestige
- Equestrian center capacity
- Boarders' skills
- Competitions

To increase your overall prestige, you need to increase these prestiges. You can find out what contributes to each prestige from the EC manual: https://www.howrse.com/aide/manuelCentre/?type=section-3-2

If you want information specific to your EC, then the best place to ask is in the Game Play forum, where players can look at your EC and provide more information from there.
if you only have 13 boxes that's really hurting capacity. for 100% in that you need 100 boxes that are at least 50% full.
also make sure your meadows are good. enough for # of boxes and fertile.
also make sure your comps are doing the best they can. 2 things to check on that is 1 make sure you are offering all comps. and 2 that they are for horses with at least 20 wins.
