It's a known issue. Send a ticket to Support (Contact Us at the bottom of every page), to show them you are affected too.
There is no known term in which this will be solved.
Players can't help you with it any further, sadly.
There is a pinned topic in the forums about it too.

EDIT: I saw messages on the Official Howrse Discord today (September 23rd) that the mail verification issue seems to be resolved! Let's hope so.
try again. someone just posted in Gameplay that they got word this morning that it was fixed. they tried and it worked
