Yes, this is an ongoing issue that Howrse has "been working on" for a bit.

You can report the issue via "Contact Us," (available at the bottom of the page) but we players can't help you with that.
try again. Someone just posted in the gameplay that they received note from Contact Us that it is fixed. they tried it and it worked.
