How do you give a companion to a horse?

On the horse's page, on the left site under the Care buttons and the Equestrian Centre button, there is also a big green + button called 'Companion'.
Click the green + and you see the page with all the companions you own. Choose one and click 'Get'.

On mobile: if you scroll down on the horse's page, there is a + button under Items. Click the + and you find not only BMI, but also companions to add to your horse. Choose one and click 'Get'.
