The advantage may not be appearing because you don't have the required minimum quantity in your inventory to be displayed.

In order for an item to appear in the lists of advantages on the equestrian centre registration page, you need to have twice the required quantity per box in your inventory.

You can find the minimum quantity needed per box in the Equestrian Center Manuel in Section 2.2: Prosperity > Benefits
