The best and cheapest way to get Aging Points is to start an AP farm. These are simply horses boarded in an equestrian center. Each day they wake up, you have a chance to win an aging point. Some players usually have about 1000 AP horses, although you can start with a few and build up. Another way is answer an Archimedes question once per day to get one aging point.
You can usually get 2 aging points per every day you log in to Howrse as well.
