The Double-Sided Medallion is an item that allows your horse to get a special coat. Each coat will come with it's own features, it is similar to the Magic Hat and Seal of the Apocalypse. However with this item, each coat has 2 sides, a good and a bad side. For both sides there is a different coat. When the horse shows their dark side their day will begin at 2 am (and ends at 6 pm at the latest) and a specific bonus is conferred to each coat. Other than this the Double-Sided Medallion also gives a +5 bonus in all skills and the item cannot be traded.



There are 4 types with this coat:



- Crazy Robot: when your horse shows their dark side, they have three times as many chances of finding a horse treat during their actions.

- Loony Doctor: when your horse shows their dark side, their energy, morale and health stay at 100% the whole day. As the Loony Doctor doesn't counter the effects of aging, once a non-immortal horse reaches 25 years old, only their energy and morale stay at 100% the whole day.

- Demonic Angel: when your horse shows their dark side, they apply a -6 point penalty to their opponents in the skill used to determine competition difficulty. (except the Grand Prix).

- Werehorse: when he presents his dark side, your horse wins 0.02 more skill points when he takes part in a mission. This benefit works until he reaches 25 years old.
