Why is my co-manager unable to connect to my account?

There are several reasons why a co-manager may not be able to connect to your account:

1. You did not activate co-management before you logged out;

2. Another co-manager is already connected;

3. You are still logged in on a different device (your mobile, for example);

4. You activated co-management more than 30 days ago.
