Jalapeno, a paint
I don't remember the first horse I rode (I was very young)

The first horse I do remember was my uncle's QH/Arab mare named Star. She was a big bay mare that anyone could ride....a real sweetheart who's only fault was trying to eat the entire time you were riding.

(She just passed last year...she was pushing 30)

Noddy, my grandpa's race horse he had when I was younger.
Doesn't really count as riding, but I have a picture of me sitting on my moms horse when I was only a few weeks old. The first one I rode on my own was Taffy a flaxen chestnut Shetland mare default smiley (l) She's the reason I love horses

Mine was called Rocky, he was a big chestnut crossbred gelding. I was pretty young so I can't actually remember it. The friend who owned him gave him to us a few years ago. He died peacefully a few weeks ago at the ripe old age of 28.
The first horse I rode on my own was also my first horse. He was an elderly Arab gelding named Redoubt. He was an amazing horse and had to be put down due to cancerdefault smiley :'(

I don't know because it was free pony rides at the zoo. My second horse was either a welsh named Polly, a welsh named Keeper, or a horse named Mac. (I seriously have no idea who my second horse was, but I do not really care.) But my most favorite horse ever was a palomino named Levi, who died from colic a few years ago.default smiley :'(

Sassy, a black American Saddlebred mare. She died of old age and a broken leg a couple years ago... Wow... maybe it's 3 years by now.... Wow... Well, that's weird. The horse in the picture is the horse I ride, Sonja, a flaxen chestnut Saddlebred mare.

Polo, a small grey pony I went on a lead rein hack on. My fist lesson was on a piebald cob named Badger, then I rode a grey welsh mountain pony called Benji. Then Benji died *sniffle* so I rode a black mare named Sian. Then Poppy, then Shadow, then Bertie, then Fox once, then Shadow again and Bertie again

The first horse I rode by myself (it was on a guided trail ride) was named Forty-Niner. The horse I actually learned to ride on was a palomino Quarter Horse named Bailey.
