New: Divine Dust!
Did anyone figure how many passes would Pearl cost if you're out of luck? Also, how often does it actually give out passes? Pearl gives passes about once a week, so it's the value of a rainbow horse. Roughly 50 passes per month. It costs about 10,000 passes to get with no luck ![]() ![]()

I've started noticing something. I've spent 9 TCs on Friggja so far (caved to curiosity instead of waiting to the end) and the rate of fragments has NOTICEABLY declined. In the early few, I was getting 60-68 fragments total. In my last three, I've gotten 40-44. Anyone else noticing diminishing returns on fragments?
Between additional fragments from the flag store and additional fragment grinding, I think it will come out to 15 TCs. ![]()

13 to 25. In preprod I had 2. First was about 17 including about 3 free free ones and second was 22. I won one or two Titan challenges. My one for keeps was 13 and I used as many flags as I could. The price of flags for 50 fragments doubles.

I play across 7 servers. Since the change I have had to fill the meter EVERY SINGLE time. It is almost Impossible to "Win" a divine anymore. I am seriously unhappy with the changes and rethinking my whole game and I have been a staunch supporter for over 13 years
|
I probably just try to win divines thru promotions. I want to get divine in less than 20 tc or golden fleece or 40 horns of plenty. Hopefully it's not entirely luck based or it will have a multiplier.

I was on the server tester and did an eperiment with the luck item divine on there. I won 3 times the divine by filling the meter before win one by chance. It's not luck anymore. The chances to win the divine without filling the meteris just so low...

I found between 100 and 140 for Octopus, which is about 2000 passes for a Chimera that gives 700?
![]() I'm going to say, if you find it between your first 2 tries yay, if not you're probably at a loss. ![]()

I opened 2 TC's and got 224 fragments for Octopus, so inline with Nalu.
No luck for me, and I won't be spending more. Shame as I do like it. There's already quite a few people got it, so it looks like the odds of reaching level 5 aren't too bad, hopefully.... ![]()

I'm not one for Wilds but golly I loved Giant Octopus's design so much I had to have her! Luckily I nabbed her on my 4th TC. Until then I think I got between 80 - 120 fragments.
|
Just to clarify my above message, I meant 80 - 120 fragments per TC.
And Chimeras, not Wilds! Like I said, I'm not one for them ![]() |
I have opened 2 TC. 1 had 98 dust and the other 94. I have been collecting the chimera's no matter the cost because I just love them

That and I only need 1 more tack item for the legendary. This isn't going to end well for me.

The new home page layout is starting to get on my nerves. I log on this morning and get a face-full of Giant Octopus

With that big 'hat' and all the tendrils she makes me think of a Rastafarian.

Found on average 120-140 Divine Dust opening my TCs for the Octopus. 3 from passes and 1 from Inventory until I got it so I'm glad I decided to take the chance!

I found between 18 and 36 Fragments for Braghi, used 2 challenges and honestly I feel like I wasted them.

At this point, after seeing the consensus with everyone else, I know that I won't be pursuing Divines anymore unless I have the money when they come via direct sale or I get lucky and win them through promotion.
TCs, HoPs, and Golden Fleeces are completely useless under this "fragment" system. I've seen a number of "winners" who still don't earn out the number of fragments necessary to win the Divine waiting for them on whatever specified level is listed. Not to mention, it takes so many passes to even get to a winning level in the first place. I'd rather spend my hard-earned passes (whether paid for or earned slowly through objectives) on just breeding better horses and regular gameplay. Don't get me wrong, I love Divines. But it's just easier (and more frugal) to just purchase them outright; at this point, they're more for trophy fodder than they are for any kind of usefulness like they used to be. I'm rather ashamed of this new "economical" system. In fact, it is a way to get us to buy more and spend more that has faltered. I used to buy passes like candy; in fact, I used to budget around them. Now? They're a rare luxury and I buy less. Your incentives are flipped. There is a threshold you've reached called "decreasing marginal utility." I experience a very fraction of the utility I used to spending passes on luck items. In fact, I experience negative utlity; it appears I am not alone in this. Maybe it's time to start putting some positives back into the equation when it comes to buying passes for Divines. I'm not saying they should be easy to come by, but this? This system does anything but what it says it's going to. |
I tried to get Braggi and used all my hard earned passes to play TChallange for 9 times and most what I got was few Equus and that's it!! Even after spending such amount of passes did not gave me divine!
As always I came to the point the new system is not for me. I just need to keep away when divines appear in the luck items. ![]()

Opened 2 Titan's Challenges for Brave Purple, got 29 and 44 fragments respectively.

Opened 5 fleeces. Generally seemed to be about 30 fragments for the love divines per fleece, and I got a jackpot on the 3rd.

I wonder what the average rate is that the GF gives a divine. If you only get 30-40 fragments per opening, it'll take 4300 passes to get the divine.

It took me 11 gf to get Sakura. I think it was with multiplier thou.
