How does the Titan challenge work? I don't really understand and I don't wanna spend 200 passes on it if I don't clearly understand it

The TC works by allowing you to open a new level or collect your goodies. You could go all the way to level 8, but if you open to a level with nothing on it you loose all the goodies you could have gotten and get like level 1 winnings. It's a gamble to keep going for higher levels. I normally stop when I get BMI valued at the cost of the TC or the fragments.
