As I keep saying, it's normal for it to go up several times. It wouldn't be fair to people in different time zones if they only put it up once. It will be up again, but it might be a few hours.

Two Numbers before I forget them about the Next Event II:
Click to display The Pet is obtainable for free, as long as you use the Timers you get and don't forget. You can be 100% sure to get it by opening the third slot. You get 95 free Timers minimum (include 10-15 more for loyalty bonus). The number of slots in a Wooden Chest is 16, totalling 80 fragments per FULL cycle. The number of slots in a Golden Chest is 21, totalling 150 fragments per FULL cycle. The number of slots in a Crystal Chest is 21, totalling 175 fragments per FULL cycle. - 7900 passes are required to get the Divine outright - The cost of the Divine, by UNLOCKING the third slot and using the free Timers, having the horrible, terrible luck to get only Wooden chests, is 3600 pass. The more rare chests you get, of course, the better chances you have to knock something off the price (for example with 95 Timers you can do a full cycle of wooden, or 2/3 of a crystal cycle, which is worth double as much) .  And please, somebody, quote my original message so they can stick close together

Click to display Lady requires 1200 exp to get a WoY (1400 without Percival), and as Calypsow said, we can confirm that the Divine knocked 200 exp needed from the quests, in fact Percival now requires 2400 xp to get the Timer (24 days)

Click to display A WoY? I am pleased with the Timer Percival gives but a WoY isn't a superb prize in my opinion... How many more divines are predicted to be in the series? I'm wondering if it is even worth it to try for each of the divines in the Grail series if the rest of the prizes (besides the Timer) are going to be about the same value as the WoY

So you would not be forced to get her prize if you didn't want to.

Click to display For the People who tried the Titan’s Challenge, how many fragments did you get on average? Or did you get a Falabella on your first try?

@ IchihoshiHikaru. I had 38 fala fragments from last time and ended up getting to level 5 on my first go so very happy. Unsure whether I am going to try again since I may want to try a bit more for Percival.

The last time with the Falacorns I was lucky enough to try 2 Titan’s Challenges and get 2 Falacorns. Maybe I will be too with the Falabella’s.

Click to display I'm so disappointed for this event. I was hoping they'd taken SOMETHING from all the negative feedback regarding the last time they used those god awful chests, but it seems not and that they're actually going to be doing it more often considering they did it quite recently. I don't like her gift, but her art is very pretty and I'll be getting her as I plan on completing the whole Grail series as they come out. I just wish it wasn't a divine I wanted, so I could sit this one out.

Click to display Golden Chests are the yellow chests you get during the event. You can have them drop for you, or just buy the Golden Chest straight up with 50 passes. As usual, the chest has 21 prizes with 150 fragments total inside. The prize disappears once you get it and once you get them all you restart.

The exp you can get is still 100 daily.
