What happened to the Divine Dust Topic?
Some of the topics have been removed/reposted because former Admins posted them and the formatting went all wonky when they left. I'll ask if we can turn the "What was in your HoP topic" topic into a more general "what was in your luck item" topic.

If as many people as possible could do this hopefully we can make a change

I have too and hope that a lot of other players will too. The more messages they receive about it, the more likely is that they'll adjust their prices from now on.

In the past month or so the prices for the weekend divines have been completely unreasonable. I'd rather have 3 divine offers every weekend than pay three times what one divine is actually worth.

Ya, I'm quite bummed that I spent 3000 passes to get nothing but lunges and parchments to only get a fifth of the way to filling the meter. I don't know about anyone else, but I can't go around spending all my passes to not even get the divine each weekend. I really wanted Saturn but I refuse to spend anymore. Guess I'll just have to wait 2 more years until he returns default smiley (d)

I also complained about the spend required and how little one gets back in return. I'm totally shocked because years ago I used to really enjoy the luck items, and I felt that they gave a decent spread of items in return (especially if you opened enough to have an average prize pool).

I think the lack of 'return' really treads too closely to the line of being considered actual gambling (on a site marketed largely to children/young people no less...), whereas years ago you could see the pass value of your spend reflected in your prizes even if you didn't win the jackpot / main prize / divine so it wasn't really gambling.

If a divine is on level 7 then Howrse has no business making the fragment payout this low. It's pretty much a robbery. Hurting for money, Ubisoft?

thank you so much, how did you find this? also, from the looks of things this would be the best tack on the game... that'll make things interesting prix wise

Seriously, what makes the developers think that a PIXEL is worth almost the full amount of a 15500 pass pack? In my currency that is £100, with that money I could feed myself and my dogs for a month, that says something. I don't mind investing once in a while if the divine will benefit me in the long run, but this divine will take YEARS to pay me back if I get unlucky.

Yes, Howrse needs to make money, but more people would probably be willing to try if the cost of the divine was reasonable.

I hope that for the next few Solars that still need to be released to complete the set that Howrse makes a change regarding the fragment payout. i mean, we started with Earth, a divine that gives birth to another divine who drops passes weekly, on level 6. Now we're seeing divines like Saturn on level 7 with the lowest possible fragment payout? I mean, what happened there? I totally don't mind buying passes to invest in completing divine sets but we need a balance in difficulty and meter filling.

I was one of the lucky ones (I say lucky, while I did spend $32 on passes today and got nothing from the TCs until farming Wilds and miraculously succeeding) and got to level 7 without filling the meter. But as some have said before, to fill the meter means not being paid back from the divine for - quite literally - decades.

For me and a lot of other people... we almost always have to fill the meter with TCs. I don't remember any times I've gotten to level 7 in my first couple tries, but I do remember getting Kabuki in 2 GFs from inventory and getting lucky with other divines in GF. I just don't like the TC, I think the main problem with it is how poor the level 1 prizes are - some people will walk out of it having spent thousands of passes and have a handful of A. Lyres to show, but if it was in the GF you'd at least have a big chunk of nice BMI to show for it.

agreed @kingojoplops. there is no "balance" with the game sometimes.
Like with Oiris being 2k passes then being amped a lot pricier months later.
No "balance" and not a lot of communication on howrse's end either.

Like luck items could be fun and it's a great idea........if you didnt have a $100 on the line.

My Saturn will repay himself after 24 years and a half. I don't know if I should even add anything else about it, this information should be impactful enough on it's own..

Saturn was 1800 PASSES this last Black Friday, in 2019. A direct sale, straight 1800 passes. *Twitches*
This Saturn is TEN times as expensive.

The price for divines is truly ridiculous. I really want to finally complete the solars, I am only missing Io now, but seriously, with the amount of passes I spent to get Mercury? I am dreading it. And alright, I understand they cannot be cheap, but this amount? I mean, come on...

8800 passes later and not only do I not have a Saturn, but I only have 600 out of 1000 divine dust. Im not sure why I always convince myself to start buying passes for this game. Its proven a waste every single time.

I opened 20 inventory HoPs for 3 diplomas then 10 pass HoPs for another 3 if that helps default smiley :s. It's all down to luck of course default smiley (o)

I opened roughly 60 to get a full year which is pretty in line with Bo and Foxfire’s results so it appeared to be about a 20% chance. Granted this is all down to luck.
