Just out of curiosity, does anybody reckon howrse will ever introduce something to get rid of your divine? I've got loads of divine that I dont want just sitting redundant and just curious whether howrse ever mentioned wanting to introduce something like that anytime soon

Doubt it. Mainly because you used to be able to sell them to the safe haven and they took that option away. Not sure why, but apparently they want people stuck with their divines.

I don't think the comp
Click to display
objective is in relation to the number of horses you have anymore because it's done with your Wanderers, not your regular ones. Otherwise it'd be quite unfair if one player had to enter their Wanderers in 100 comps, and someone else 50, because the second player had less overall horses. I can't confirm that for sure, but to compare, I do have about 1,000 more horses than the player who posted the objectives and their points on the last page, yet I also get .68 points for entering comps.

I remember having to enter 1,000 comps for one Wanderer event and it was not fun, even with auto-comp. Looking at my notes from the Music Wandering Horses, we only got 0.16 points per comp a Wanderer entered, which was still pretty bad, so I hope that .68 on preprod doesn't go down when it goes livedefault smiley (lol)

I'm excited for the Halloween promo, my only concern is some of the designs and how younger audiences will react to it. I even get the creeps by looking at some of the horses myself, and I'm growndefault smiley :o

Might send screenshots later but I am on a mobile device and that would be a pain. default smiley ;)

I'm with you...normally i love getting all the wandering horses, but these are too dark for me. Seriously considering skipping out. I dont want that stuff floating around my mind...call me a wimp if you must lol. I don't mind halloween, because i like the playful part of dress-up and the candy, though i'm much too old to trick or treat, and i don't dress up myself lol. But i avoid the darker side whenever possible, and these are just too much to concern myself with daily for like three weeks. So have fun everybody, but i'm avoiding them, and certainly wont be buying them as wandering horse coats for my horses, with the exception of Nightmare, which i think is the one that goes around afterward like Conductor and Wilderness. I'll just get one for my collection's sake and then just never look at him, cause he's creepy lol.

There you go!

I am finding I'm getting used to them. For me 'monsters' that are totally fantasy are less of a problem than some of the submissions for golden apples that show horses that are sick, injured or tortured.

I think they are scary too, but in good way. I really love them But Hela is the best She has same helmet like in Thor Ragnarok!! I love it!!!
Here's some pics of the W H and how they appear

Wendigo's eyes flash, the birds move up and down and Wendigo moves alittle also.

Grim Reaper's scythe moves a little, the skulls float in the blue with flapping jaws and blue lantern flame floats inside lantern.

Chubacabra's mane sprouts horns and mist floats - kinda lame...

Banshee's voice coils go down continually, cape with skulls shakes and bandage on ankle waves.

Haunted Doll's eyes flash red, so do the doll's eyes. The doll floats and the pieces of it shake independently of each other.

The Bogeyman is creepy... Several of the eyes move. Also the teddy bear's head shakes back and forth in a freaky way plus, it's one big eye opens and closes

Baron Samedi - growing purple gaseous skulls disappear up and out of it's back, the white skeleton parts flash like lightning and the snake's tongue flicks in and out.

Baba Yaga - appears to float. Four items float in slightly different movement: broom, feathers on broom, bucket and horse. In addition, the crystal ball has blue bubbles creating movement inside of it.

Bloody Mary is the nastiest in my opinion with dripping blood off the tail and back legs. The mirror flashes two red skulls and a blue image that may be a weird reflection of the horse's foreleg.

Evil Clown is not too bad but still creepy. Very slight movement of the horse up and down independent of the three balloons which also appear to float independent of each other. The creepiest this is the evil jack-in-the box which swings rapidly back and forth behind the horses legs and in front again. (There is a star on the box - thank you Horwse for not making it a pentagram - that would really creep me out!)

White Lady is actually rather pretty in a spooky way - it calls to mind the traditions of the ghost lady. Not much movement - just the bats rapidly floating - independent of each other. The blood in her neck turn bright red and the cape moves just a little. As far as beauty this is the best one.

The community WH, Nightmare is just ghoulish - the horn reflects a shine, the smoke floats in three parts independently up and down and two of the thorax body parts move up and down. It looks like a bug - if it wasn't very big I'd squish it, it's that gross! lol!

Wandering Horse "Haunted Doll"

As an all ages game I thought Howrse would be a little more concerned about not scaring off their younger audience. If I saw this as a kid I would have a panic attack.

Concerning the next next promo...

Personally, I love the Halloween wandering horses event! I believe that Halloween isn’t just a “children’s holiday” and is in fact the opposite. The horses are supposed to be scary. Maybe at the start of the event they’ll have like a PG 13 warning if it’s really that big of a deal.

That is what I put in for suggestions, or simplified versions.

Halloween is for all ages but there are things that younger audiences are more likely to be afraid of, and howrse really did not seem to think of it at the time.
