Moderators should serve as a good role model of all expected players behavior.

I reply to players politely and respectfully.

I always try to answer a player : if the answer is in the Help section, I explain where to find the specific topic.

If I do not know what to answer, I ask the other moderators or administrators.

It's ok to have buddies, but I must not treat them as favorites.

I do not take part in case of conflict between players or moderators.

I should be fair and never use moderation tools for personal reasons.

I do not use my moderator's abilities to influence other players.

I answer all players whatever their age, their background or their level in the game.

I respect other moderators and administrators' position.

When I need to punish inappropriate behavior, I make sure my punishment is fair and adequate. In case of doubt, I ask administrators.
