After more than a decade here I have very, very few people blocked, but I will use that feature to protect my mental health as & when necessary.
I don't want to seem unfriendly, I just need to set certain boundaries in place for my wellbeing.

Still casually collecting red Christmas tack horses for funsies. Equus only, but horses need not be of any specific GP, Skill, wins, or covers. I just like the design of the red Christmas tack & the Elf tack has grown on me.
A few general favorites (often subject to change)

Colors: black, silver, most blues, & many greens.
Coat colors: mouse grey, dun, black, cremello, snowflakes, Gra, Gulblakk.
Competition Howrses: varied but Thoroughbreds currently lead by a length.
Howrse Breeds - Guilty Pleasures: varies a LOT but currently a soft spot for drafts, donkeys, knabs, & fjords.
Entertainment: fantasy/scifi usually but I'll give nearly anything a chance to enchant me. You'll find many of my horses sporting names found in books, TV shows, movies, or songs. Some I've bought from fans of those things & kept thier names. Some I've named myself.

The problem with spending your daylight hours sealed in a migraine "safe" room (besides the obvious health/sanity drawbacks):

There are 5 howrses I bred & sold many years ago (before my PTSD got this bad) who I'd love to buy back someday if they become available. All other howrses produced by me are still with me or in the hands of especially close (on & off Howrse) friends. So you *might* see a howrse produced by me not owned by me, but they're VERY rare.
There are many things in my life I may wish were otherwise,
however my closest friends here on howrse bring me joy every day.

Disclaimer: While this hasn't come up yet, please know that between my internet issues & my migraine issues, you cannot always assume that my congrats means I've read your page. If I'm congratulating you, I care! But sometimes presentations don't load because my signal is so bad, and sometimes I simply cannot read due to reading being one of my biggest migraine triggers (much to my sorrow). If you use flashing images, small, struck through, or background striped text on your presentation I will admire your creativity, but I likely won't be able to read a thing. These days I'm usually playing with fuzzy sight, just hitting the buttons. My migraines are part of my autoimmune illness so in order to stop them we'll have to treat the underlying issues (never a speedy process).
THANK YOU to my lovely friends. Your words & acts of pure kindness & care are one of my greatest reasons to keep fighting my way here. You are each & every person, amazing & I'll be in touch as I'm able.
Turns out painsomnia + mindless horse clicking because you can't concentrate on anything else because of the pain = quite a lot of victories. Apologies to anyone I've bumped in ranking, believe me I *desperately* want to finally go to sleep & get out of your way. [Edit: I'm making this a permanent part of my public info because I deal with a variety of extremely painful & largely untreatable issues. If you see a ton of my horses in comps, or notice me moving up in comp rankings, odds are I've got painsomnia from one thing or another. Mindless horse care clicking helps me zone out the pain as much as is ever possible.]
Favorite Slightly Unusual Howrse Hobbies:
* Playing Apple Fairy. (Regular apples only as I do not have a Midas, sadly.)
* Helping new/return players in random ways.
* Sending Lotto Tickets. (It's like a reunion, I see all my friends!)
Finally made 2,000 days.
It only took me a bit over a decade.

If I do not answer your PM right away I probably cannot think straight enough to compose a reply. Reading & writing are much more difficult than pushing horse care buttons & even a short reply often takes me hours to physically type out. I'll answer when I'm better able.

I have the absolute best friends on howrse, I'm grateful to you every day. Thank you also kind strangers who've sent me well wishes & in special cases have generously helped my collections along. You are all truly amazing.
Just fyi: if you are shy or have social anxiety I'm a very, very quiet friend, mostly good for giving event help, maybe visiting your horses & passing out some apples. My page is basically always me apologizing for not answering PMs I WANT to answer in a timely manner. I live with anxiety myself so I'm completely okay with shy or silent friends if you just need someone to send you tickets.
More specific health & personal info has gone private (beyond the vague broad strokes people need to know to understand my limits). For several reasons, I don't put as much info out anymore. I'm not mad at anyone, I just had a reality check about how much I put out for unknown public consumption. This is a lovely community, but it's also still the Internet & there's no way to know who's reading our presentations or what thier intent may be. While the overwhelming majority of messages I've received have been heartwarming and appreciated, I need to think through what my presentation contains due to the public factor. Its for online safety, something in my exhaustion I've been forgetting to practice. When you Edit your own presentation, please note that Howrse also encourages us to be mindful of our safety when posting.
