Hey! I am in college currently pursuing my BA in history with an equine studies minor. I know it's a funny combination, but they're both things that I love. I also hope to get my master's in education so that I can become a history teacher. I ride for my school's equestrian team and it's so much fun! I don't show right now, however, because my experience with riding isn't very extensive. So right now I'm just kind of learning the basics.

The horses in my profile picture are mine and my mom's. I can't figure out how to embed the image into my presentation where it's easier to see, so sorry about that. Dally is the paint mare and she is very sweet and lazy, but also food motivated. The roan is our quarter horse gelding, Dollar, and he is a retired roping horse. Dally is around 25. Dollar came to us more recently and we're not sure exactly how old he is because his previous owner misplaced his papers, but we believe he is in his twenties. Due to their age and Dollar's navicular condition, we can't do a lot of riding with them other than a walk around the pasture or down the road, but I'm happy that we can provide them a happy home for the remainder of their days.

I hope to one day utilize my equine studies minor and raise some horses of my own, but I'm not sure how feasible that would be onĀ  a teacher's salary. Anyway, I've been playing Howrse since I was a kid and I've gone through several accounts due to inactivity, so I'm hoping I can stick to this one.

If you have any advice on either gameplay, college, or working with and riding horses in real life I'm all ears. :)
