Theoris Khepri Stud is located just outside of the city of Cairo, on the banks of the Nile River. The pastures are lush and green due to irrigation and sprinklers, so they can withstand the desert heat. TKS has 1,000 acres of pastures, with a large 20 room guest house, which is fashioned like a top of the line hotel. Each room has 4 beds, a bathroom, and a kitchenette, so up to 20 stables' representatives can stay at the guest house at any one time. TKS's facilities include a large 30-horse hot-walker, a customized racetrack with both turf and dirt, a large indoor and outdoor arena, 76 full-sized 16' X 16' foot stalls, 10 full sized 36' X 36' foot foaling stalls, a large supply barn, private and public parking, and a large two-story 5 bedroom house. The Hototos have a special fully enclosed with skylights pasture that has temperature control. Theoris Khepri Stud is fully equipped to host shows and races, and house the contestants during the show's or race's duration.
