Despite visiting Howrse quite infrequently, my biggest project on the game is to maintain a collection of high quality Arabians. This is a challenging feat even for the most dedicated souls, but virtually every time I reappear, I feel as though I make fair progress, all-considering. For those who are curious, my Arabs can be found under the following affix:
ᴏғ Asᴛʀᴀʟ AʀᴀʙɪᴀɴsPerhaps more frequently, I toy with breeding Arabian unicorns. I often have rejects up for grabs in either of the sales.
Primarily for the purpose of achievements/trophies, but also to add some variety to my game, I have expanded my stock beyond simply Arabians/Arab unicorns. The breeds I work on/projects I've started are as follows:

I am a young adult player (in my early 20s). I am not new or inexperienced.
I originally joined Howrse under a different username around August of 2007, when I was just a wee lass. That account lasted me about 2000 game days, but years IRL, until it was deleted due to inactivity. I spent a lot of that time RPGing, chatting with friends, and of course, participating in the game's growth and evolution. Reflections stir up memories of vaccines, non-immortal foundies, the birth of the Water; Gemstone; Solar System [and most of the early] divines, diamond apples in the BM, and so many more ground-shaking updates that I'm surely forgetting.
In those days, my Howrse game revolved around Arabians/Arab unicorns (and Friesians/Friesian unicorns, toward the end), so it was a no-brainer for me that, when I was ready to chase nostalgia and return to the game, I would return to the familiar (Arabs).
And that is precisely why I've returned - to observe all of the new changes that Howrse has made and continues to make, decide for myself if it has gotten better or worse (and how), and simply relive a little piece of my childhood that I loved so dearly.
Having said that, I now have zero intention or interest in RPGing, nor in building strong relationships with people on here again. I am friendly, more than happy to chat from time to time, and will never leave a game-related question unanswered, but I would prefer to keep to myself this time around.
The horse and project names I use on here are often inspired by my real-life interests, such as the LOTR, GoT, and Vikings series', travel, and the natural world.
