Just a quick note, if you message me, i am sometimes delayed in responding. I promise i am not trying to ignore you...i have a lot of stuff i try to get done on here daily, plus real life ya know lol, and more often than not i'm running out of time and energy trying to get it all taken care of, so i tend to get behind in messages. I've been on Howrse virtually every day now for the last 12 years. Does that make me crazy, dedicated, or crazy dedicated?

2/15/23...the first time i have had a horse that broke the top ten in the Grand Prix! My horse Upsy Daisy won 5th in the Show Jumping Prix! This Selle will eventually become a duplicate Tormenta (Legendary) for me, but for now, i am trying to earn lots of rosettes with him to earn some of these new, so called "trophies." Currently trying for the 2,500 mark, but its looking kinda iffy...fingers crossed! Update...i did finally get the 2,500 rosettes, woot woot! Thank you hockeyborch00 for helping me with some comp filling!

Lately, life seems to be getting a kick out of making it difficult for me to get done with everything i need to do on here on a daily basis! Sigh.

I have been on this game daily for over ten years now! Its official...im OLD lol! Also, i am pretty addicted to this game, so if i seem to disappear for any significant amount of time, it probably means something bad has happened. So lets hope i'm around for a good, long time!

A little about me: 1/3 Scottish...2/3 Sentimental...100% cheesy lol. I am an adult Christian female in my 30s, from the US. I live in the Midwest, and yes, i say "Ope" lol. I say it quite a lot actually ha ha. My birthday is 9/24. As you may figure out from my username, my first name is Amy, but my friends call me Amos. I tend to be sentimental and nostalgic in my real life. Oh, and a fair warning to those who attempt to get to know me...I'm not too much of a chatter, but if we do chat, you might just become the next victim of my killer sense of humor. Consider yourself warned!

ATTENTION COAT CREATORS! It has been a dream of mine to have a coat on the game for years (literally since i was a newbie and HOGs were still on the game!)...unfortunately i do not have the skillset or knowhow to do any kind of digital art. So the next best thing would be to have an actual coat creator take an idea of mine to use while making one of their coats. I only have a few little simple ideas for slightly less realistic coats (nothing very crazy though), and one little sketch i can share. So IF you are a coat creator, and IF you would seriously consider using one of my ideas for a coat, PLEASE pm me! I would be so honored if one of these ideas ever became a coat literally on the game! My long time dream would come true!

I rarely pay a ton for a horse...please dont find a horse like one above and load it up with bonuses, goodies, and whatnot, and then ask me to pay that much more...im not interested in breaking the bank.

We all know by now that 6 is afraid of 7 because 7 8 9...but WHY did 7 eat 9? Its because it is recommended that we have 3 square(d) meals a day!

Sometimes when my friend is upset, I let her color in my tattoos, because I know what she really needs is a shoulder to cry on (crayon).

Does it bother anyone else that the makers of Head and Shoulders shampoo have not come out with a body wash called Knees and Toes? No? Just me? Ok.

A man was being chased through the forest by a bear. The bear was faster and was quickly gaining on him. Finally, he knocked the man to the ground. In a last ditch attempt to stay alive, the man prayed to God to make the bear a Christian, because Thou Shalt Not Kill. The bear was about to finish him when he suddenly stopped when the man prayed. The man then watched in horror as the bear quietly folded his paws and bowed his head and said, "Dear God, thank you for this meal i am about to receive."

A preacher went to visit a little old lady who was a shut in. He noticed that she had a bowl of peanuts on the table between them. They had a good long talk, during which the preacher would snack on the peanuts. As their visit came to a close, the preacher realized he had emptied the bowl. "Oh i'm so sorry," he said. "I seem to have eaten all of your peanuts!" The old lady smiled and reassured him. "Don't you worry about it," she said. "At my age, all i can do is suck the chocolate off of them anyway!"

There was a man who earned his living by painting houses and buildings. But he had a bad habit of skimping and using too much turpentine to thin the paint down. He got very good at cheating this way until one day he was hired to paint a huge church. He got straight to work, and as always, used a bunch of paint thinner. When he was high up on the ladder near the roof of the church, the sky suddenly filled up with dark storm clouds. The man thought this was very weird, and before he had time to climb down the ladder, he heard a voice that sounded like very loud thunder. It was the voice of God! The man scurried down the ladder and began to look for cover, but he couldn't hide from God. It began to pour down rain, which washed the very thin, wet paint right off the church. Then lightning struck not far from the man, and he realized he could not escape. He knew he had been cheating all this time, and now on a church even! In desperation, the man cried out, "I'm sorry, God! What can i do to make it right?" Then he heart God's thunderous voice again, saying "Repaint...and thin no more!"

A woman was in the grocery store putting her items on the conveyor belt in the checkout lane. She had a coupon, and took it out and set it down on the belt with her groceries. The cashier turned on the belt and the coupon was accidentally sucked down under the counter. "Well," she said..." I guess its in coupon heaven now." The next cashier over, having witnessed the accident, then chimed in, saying " Afraid not my friend...only the redeemed ones go to heaven!"

I am the kind of player that often looks at presentations i come across, although it would be almost impossible to look at every single person's page. And when it comes to entering competitions, i DO look at the names. I'm always looking for comp names i like...if i see one that is funny, witty, original/creative, well done fonts, or in other words, it looks like someone has put some thought into it, i am far more likely to enter it. I am the same way with affixes (and their descriptions) in the sales...if i like it, and it looks like the creator has taken some pride in their work (and its not riddled with obvious typos, which is just painful lol), i am more likely to buy the horse. There are times i might buy a horse solely because i like the affix. So i pay attention to these details that many probably overlook, and appreciate the extra effort.

Some current (ok, not so current anymore ha ha) goals i have are to reach 2000 GAs (done 3/27/20), 3000 RCs (done 5/19/20), and 3000 days seniority (done 6/10/20). Id also like to be in the top 1000 ranking for seniority. (Done 5/18/21)

New goal as of 9/4/23: Make all of my Nuff Said (Marwari line) horses immortal. Also, make all of my Uni Versity Graduates unis immortal.

11/1/19 I actually won Arion! This is a divine i never imagined i'd earn...so i am stoked to have and to have bred him!

I breed in spurts, starting for a while, then stopping to restock items. Interested in some of my lines? Here are my main breeding lines over my years on Howrse:

1. βℓack Veℓvet Societγ---my Friesians. i didn't know how to BLUP yet so they are what they are lol. One of my very favorite real life breeds. On hold.

2. Ŋuff Ṩaid.---My Marwari line...i had a partner in the past, and there are slight variations in the affix. When the line became a team (made up of just me now lol) in 2015, the affix became slightly different in font from the original affix again. Most of these horses and their variations in affix can be found in my "Nuff Said" farm in the Forever Pastures tab. Active.

3. Ħigh Ħorse Society---my Gypsy Vanners...one of my favorite real life breeds. On hold.

5. Is Oozin' Awesome---My mixed breed horses. It started with a mare in my Just Say Neigh line, then became one of my My Secret Ingredient horses, which is not a full blown line, and that begat this line. Basically i started with a fully BLUPped mare, then bred her with the top fully BLUPped stallion in the public coverings, regardless of breed purity. I raise the filly to 100 BLUP, and then repeat the process over and over. Who knows what mix the foal could be at any given time! On hold...more of a random horse now and then, rather than a continual breeding.

I breed at 100 BLUP, and very seldom any less. In my main lines, i use tears and sometimes wands, and might sell an extra foal. To see the horses in my lines, look in my :Ƒʘɾeʋeɾ Ƥɑsƭʊɾes: breeding farm...hint: they love apples so if you see one you like don't be shy. I promise they wont bite...unless you stick your finger in with the apple;)

If you look through my GA/RC collections, please note that the number of uses, listed in the name of most RCs, is most likely NOT current or ever updated. I list the number of uses left when i buy them or when they retire, and leave the number, because i like to go through once in a while and see how many copies have dropped since i acquired the RC.

Interested in seeing some of my HOGs on the actual horse? Under my Apple Orchard tab, in the Pegasi, Pony, and Horses tab, you can find part of my collection. They are named mostly by coat name and number of copies if they are limited. If the name is green or otherwise colored thanks to the Lyre, they will have a HOG. There are a very few that have the green name that don't, but the vast majority do. Feel free to have a look...and they do like apples! Bonus...to find some more HOGs look under my Forever Pastures tab and in the Nuff Said farm...many of them have HOGs too! Remember that horses born after mid 2012 will not have companions since that is when they were discontinued, sadly. (UPDATE: New and old companions have been reintroduced to the game, so horses born after mid 2012 now have them, but those will not have any HOGs, unless some version of the HOG is reintroduced in the future as well.) Also, I am very sorry, but as an affix collector (especially eliminated team affixes), i will not sell you back a horse because you bred it and wish you never would have sold it.

I have decided to set aside almost all of my breeding/competing in the interest of doing what i love most...collecting.

I mostly collect GAs, RCs and HoGs, but i do collect just about everything else out there. I seldom sell a horse, so there's no use in asking.;) Update 1/26/23...i do have several extra Marwari foals from my Nuff Said line for sale in my Market Horses tab. All 100 BLUP parents and tears.

Any horses i have for sale are in my Market Horses tab, then Market Horses breeding farm. That way it is simple and clear cut. If the horse is not listed there, that means i'm not selling it. Please don't be surprised or offended if i don't answer a message asking for any of the others...i am a collector and just don't have the desire or time to continue saying no and trying to make it any more clear. I love watching "Reba"! I also enjoy Home Improvement, Manifest. And i really enjoy Bluebloods! As far as music, i like late 80s and 90s country, and Contemporary Christian music, especially artists like Tobymac and MercyMe, Newsboys, Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns, etc. I also enjoy other genres like rock classics from the 50s and 60s, pop, light rock, show tunes, and even classical or instrumental. And yes, i love Christmas music lol. I do not usually enjoy metal or rap. Just not my thing.
