The great challenge was fine. It was easy to progress and the prizes were attainable. The snowball fight on the other hand...

The snowball fight did not have great prizes, it was a lot of getting the same low level stuff over and over. It was impossible to progress in the rankings unless you got super lucky and elected to trade in nice packs. The snowballs also interrupted my regular game play and it was tedious to be online 3 times in a day just clicking around trying to get the snowballs. I think there's a lot of room for improvement in the snowball fight.

I am glad the Great Challenge prize wasn't another Jenny or Donkey, as I have two pairs already and who really needs more than that? They aren't actually useful for much other than AP farming. Still hate the UFO battle, as most prizes were lackluster and it is a pain having to log in three times a day to get the UFOs. Didn't really even try to turn in any prizes other than the lowest, in order to stay in just enough for a blood.

Oh I forgot the GC was part of the event.

Yeah it was fine, it was the same GC they always do. I like that they took a break from the constant Zebras. Generous with the fragments although I won't use them. Free prizes were a little lacking, paid prizes were fair in my estimate but I wish they'd quit making the Starry Aura a paid prize, since it doesn't actually offer the player anything substantial, you still have to pay out heaps of money to truly benefit from it and there's no reason it should cost money up front as well. Also the Zodiac series is one of the poorest so requesting payment for that was just silly. Overall, a fine event but the Aura needs to go back to being a free Grand Prize if they use it at all.

Snowball fight bad as usual. Too many low level prizes.

I lost a lot of points if I wanted a prize.


Besides that it was kind of disrupting when I had to do something, like enter a horse in a competition, and a snowball just pops up.


Anyway, over all, it was a fun way to win prizes. I enjoy these little mini games1

The Great Challenge event was fine, though I still feel there should be unlimited horseshoes, or at least change up more of the tasks (the "enter a competition" one seems entirely redundant ).

The Snowball event was the one I disliked. The prizes were nice, but I don't want to continuously lose points just for a pink saddle cloth.

The great challenge takes too long to get 100 horse shoes every day and I don't know what the point is. The prizes were meh and definitely not worth using passes to buy a key for the "higher" tier. I got a couple of good prizes from the snowball fight though I think I ended up in negative numbers because I kept getting fertility wands and I need them! I knew even if I sent every prize on with a bonus I'd never get enough points to get the grand prizes so I didn't even try. The snowballs popping up were annoying until I figured out I could click on it but not have to stop what I was doing (like trying to enter a comp) and come back to the snowball prize later. I'm glad the events are over for a while so I can just focus on my horses and EC.

The GC was fun but I hated that it was capped at 100 horseshoes a day. I got fun prizes but it was kind of boring. The snowball fight was so boring and awful. It was very difficult to progress and the items weren’t that great. I didn’t like that I lost lots of points if I wanted to keep an item

Croesus Fortunes seem to be a common item now, which is fine with me. I use them on every horse.

I liked both contests. For the Snowball event I just worked to keep my ranking high and in turn I think it offered better prizes. I still stayed in the medusa blood zone, but more right then left. I got a harmony pack, 3 timers, a ladybug, 2 tears, 3 arrows, 2 hops, and a wand plus some extra and some stuff not really worth mentioning. Most days I played 3 times per day. The snowball event defiantly offered the best prizes I've ever gotten in a snowball contest!

The great challenge was worth the 600 passes to get all the other good stuff. So glad Divine donkeys were not offered. It's such a drag to train them every day to get 100 blup to breed them only once, unless you have an egg to continue the trend. Hate the zonkey trophies. It's just a massive waste of time and resources.

The Star prize to me was very nice. I just loved that the horse I put it on was instantly trained and blupped. What a prize!

The Great Challenge is most always fine with me and this time was no different (still not worth 600 gold to go premium though). The Snowball Fight however has never been fun in my opinion. I don't even try to rank, I just take what I'm given. That's not saying alot either. The Gifts were Meh at best and ignored at worst.

Agree with most everyone else, GC was pretty good though if it went on longer to get more prizes (I can only get on once a day) snowball fight was pointless though was able to get a couple of ok prizes, and I completely disregarded the points bc I knew I would never have enough to get anything. Seems more complicated than absolutely necessary...

Not a fan of the GC and got no snowballs at all, but I don't expect to like every contest so it's all good.

So glad that the Zonkeys were not offered as prizes this time around, what an absolute waste of a divine that series is, totally useless unless trained up for comps.
The great challenge is easy enough to complete each day with just doing daily activities.
Wasn’t interested in paying the 600 passes this time around as I didn’t think the prizes were that fantastic, probably worth that in value but I was not fussed, especially the star for the zodiacs series, I’m not at all bothered about collecting that whole divine set as they don’t interest me.
The snowball fight was very average, the prizes I kept on getting were nearly the same every single time, very monotonous, plus swapping them out to try and get something better was pretty much impossible, spending heaps of Equus and still having rubbish in return, lyres and stupid birds that are worthless with the bonus that it gives.

Snowball is just annoying, and means NO AP UFOs.

I loved it! Got 4 HoPs and tens of the other BMIs. Loved it way more then other ones, this one was perfect and even the lower level UFOs were helpful!

You only get a prize if you rank within the top 5000, so it sounds like you didn't rank high enough to get anything from the ranking.

Can we swap the 1st 2nd and 3rd places with the first 100, 200 and 300 people?
It takes too much luck to even get to those places. But it would make it more worth the effort. And its not like the top prizes are even that valuable that it can only be given out once.

Not even three days for me before the whole thing was done. Waste of time. Oh, and the bait then switch of 6 Snowballs a day to 4 a day after the first day was wrong.
